He is passionate about designing farming systems that prioritise the management of soil biology and plant nutrition. Joel's expertise lies in explaining how plants grow, convert nutrients, interact with microbes and produce metabolites, resulting in less fertiliser required. Joel explains how working holistically with plants and judicious use of inputs can optimise plant growth, immunity and soil function.
