Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped to you once payment or remittance advice has been received. We use a number of freight companies; for orders of 100L or more we freight to your closest depot. In some locations, we may deliver on farm; however, you must have the equipment to unload the pellet mechanically. We do not accept responsibility for items that may be stolen after delivery if you are not available for collection.
